At Näak, we want you to be fully fueled and satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your nutrition products or gear, you can return them within 30 days of delivery for a refund or exchange.

Prepare Your Package
Ensure that apparel is unworn with tags attached, and food products are in their original, unopened packaging to qualify for a return.
Ship Items Back
Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Refund or Exchange
Once our warehouse inspects your return, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your requested exchange items within 5 business days.
